Will the fin fit on an inflatable paddle board?
Big Up SUP has developed an adapter plate for most inflatable paddle boards which can be found here
What are these cork triangles in my tool kit?
We refer to them as 'buffer pads' and they are included in the tool kit. They are designed to decouple the fin from the board and assist with any extreme board concave. Correct orientation can be found here.
How much do the fins weigh?
T-19 is 1 lb 8 oz. T-16 is 1 lb 3 oz.
How much surface area does the fin have?
T-19 has 105 in2 of surface area.T-16 has 87 in2 of surface area.
Does the fin come in different colors?
A variety of different color anodizing will be available in the near future.
Does the fin track better than a standard fin?
Absolutely. The T-series fin has more surface area than a standard fin. The more surface area in the water, the better your board will track.
Do the fins come with a warranty?
We will repair or replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. Please note: warranties do not cover normal “wear and tear.”
Are the fins compatible with European fin boxes?
Yes. You will need to use a bolt that is 1 1/8" with an 8-32 thread.
